Document signing as a service

Professional e-signatures without the document sprawl

Signet is a pay-per-signature service for known counterparties: prepare a PDF, invite signers by secure link, and deliver a sealed, password-protected file — then we purge the content so we are not a permanent custodian of your documents.

  • No account required
  • S$5 per signer

Privacy built into every step

Privacy of senders and signers is a strict Signet principle — not a marketing add-on. Four steps from prepare to sealed delivery, with content minimisation and purge by design.

  1. Prepare privately

Upload a PDF and place fields. The package is encrypted in transit and at rest; only people you invite can enter the signing flow.

PrivacyYour document is not published or browsable by other customers.

  2. Pay & invite by link

Pay per signer. Each person gets a signing link by email — never an unfinished PDF attachment that can be forwarded as an open file.

PrivacyMailboxes see a link, not the document contents.

  3. Sign with dual control

Signers open the link, confirm mailbox possession with OTP, and enter the document code you share out of band — so channel access alone is not enough.

PrivacySender and signer privacy: the code never appears in email or on our servers.

  4. Deliver, then purge

When everyone has signed, parties receive a password-protected sealed PDF. Signet then purges host-held document content so we are not a long-term vault.

PrivacyStrict principle: we do not keep readable copies after delivery.

How it works

Orderly signing for people you already know

You prepare the package

Choose the PDF, name the document, list recipients, and place fields for each person. On upload, Signet generates a document security code — save it and share it only with the people who should open the final file.

Signers prove channel control

Each signer uses their invitation link and a one-time email code. That proves they control the mailbox you invited — not legal personhood. You still verify who they are as known counterparties, and you send the document code separately.

One master, then delivery

Signatures stamp a single master copy in order. When the last required signature is in, Signet seals the PDF, password-protects it with your document code, emails it to participants, and purges host-held content.

Why choose Signet

Different by design

Differentiated for privacy-minded workflows — not enterprise feature checklists or unearned certification claims.

Link-only while signing

No half-signed PDFs bouncing through email. Invitations are controlled links until the package is complete.

You hold the document code

The code that unlocks the package is yours to share out of band. Signet never stores or emails it.

Familiar PDF delivery

Completion emails a standard password-protected PDF. Open it in Adobe, Preview, or any free reader — no special app.

Zero-retention custody

After delivery we purge document content. We keep operational metadata and evidence hashes — not a long-term file vault.

No account required

Send and sign without registering. Optional accounts add history and saved preferences when you want them.

Clear Singapore pricing
